How Offers Work

Offers follow the rates below, against live market on Collector, Pulse and recent comps. Higher end pieces can be negotiated. Collector and Pulse links speed this up. Photos and short videos of seals, grades and surfaces do the rest.

  1. 1 · Quote

Written offer. No obligation to send.

  2. 2 · Send

Stock ships or is handed over after you accept.

  3. 3 · Paid

Fair payment on receipt of goods. Delivery to a PO BOX.

75%

I pay Ace slabs.

Higher end can be negotiated.

80%

I pay Sealed, singles, Beckett, CGC and PSA slabs.

Higher end can be negotiated.

Invoices can be provided. Opening of packages will be recorded.

A written offer comes first. Nothing moves until you accept it.

Payment is made on receipt of goods, a bank payment to the registered name on file. Delivery to a PO BOX. The address is sent by email when you accept.

If a lot does not match, we will say so and agree next steps before any money is sent.

There is no fee to request a quote.

Cash advances are earned, not automatic. First lots are paid on receipt. Sell a few times, keep the stock clean, and we can look at advances on future lots. At sole discretion.

All items must be sent fully insured. Proof of postage must be emailed to hello@woocardshows.com at the point of sending.

WCS Diamond Events

Diamond Events are quarterly flagship floors from 2027. The first is Sunday 31st January 2027 at Norton House & Spa Hotel, Edinburgh. These are carefully selected luxury floors, capped at 33 high end vendor tables. Higher end pieces you sell to Woo can be discussed for consignment on that floor instead of an outright buy, when the stock fits. Diamond tables are held until the vendor has been approved and payment has been made. Mention consignment on the quote form and we will talk it through with the written offer.
